The best way to get the most of an Inspection is to allow the Inspector to do there job alone for 2-5 hours, then at the time the Inspector is complete he will be happy to go over everything with the client from start to finish

Inspections) policies and procedures*All Inspections need to have a SIGNED contract and be PAID in full on the day of the Inspection and or before NO EXCEPTIONS. EPI - experienced Property Inspections will not send the Inspection report out without a signed contract or payment in full. Also experienced pro. Inspections may show up early to Inspections to be prepared and get a good idea of the property to be inspected if necessary because of the age, location, or for any reason seen fit.,Showing up early means anytime before the Inspection. experienced pro. Inspections will terminate a Inspection report if not paid upon due date and can refuse an Inspection with any company, person, or anyone wanting an Inspection at anytime for any reason. Reading and understanding these Policies and procedures to be the responsibility of person(s) hiring Exp. Home Inspections for Inspection services.Also EPI can terminate the Inspection at anytime for any reason including unethical and unprofessional actions buy the Clients, Realtors, Brokers, or any persons who are involved in the Inspection.
CANCELATION PROCEDURES: A Minimum 24 Hour notice is required for a cancelation if no cancellation recieved verbally to Inspector a charge to the person who ordered the Inspection will be charged a $150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE fee and will be due with in a 24 hour period or a $10.00 a day fee will be added.
